About Us

The NDDC Staff Micro Finance Bank Limited was established by the NDDC Port Harcourt Staff Co-operative Investment and Credit Society Limited to support economic growth in the Niger Delta in line with the NDDC’s mandate. The initiative commenced in 2019 under the 3rd Management Committee led by Mr. Essien Franklin and was later advanced by the 5th Management Committee headed by Emerhana Onoriode Paul, Esq., ACIArb. The Bank’s registered office is at 129 Aba Road, Port Harcourt.
